The Workforce Planning Team Manager will lead the Workforce Planning team at our Youfoodz Custom Facility in Brisbane, ensuring efficient rostering and compliance with employment legislation. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, they will oversee production recruitment to meet operational demands, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
You will…
- Lead the workforce planning team, including the production Talent Acquisition Officer.
- Ensure timely and effective rostering for all operational employees.
- Provide recommendations for workforce planning and labor cost minimization.
- Manage relationships to implement effective rostering systems and processes.
- Ensure roster and timesheet compliance with employment laws and industrial instruments.
- Develop guides for effective and compliant rostering.
- Collaborate with Payroll and People Operations for seamless attendance management.
- Participate in projects and engage stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on operational insights.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and empathy.
You have/are…
- Solid experience in workforce planning, rostering and recruitment.
- Familiarity with Awards and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Methodical with attention to detail.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Experience in continuous improvement and quality control
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Tertiary or industry-related qualifications desired.

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period
