Description:

Health Equity and Access Team are looking for a Health Equity Officer to join their team. The Health Equity Officer will support Metro South Health to deliver equitable, accessible, and person-centred care to people with disability. The role will partner with health staff and services on resource development, staff education, and service improvement projects.

About The Role
Partner with health staff to ensure quality improvement activities meet the needs of people with disability.Support local health service improvement projects, establish tasks and implement project activities within agreed timeframes.Develop and maintain documentation including task lists, project plans and other administrative tasks as required.
