We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused new team member to join our team as a Customer Contact Centre Operator within our Digital Services team at Nerang.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Customer Contact Centre Operator

As a Customer Contact Centre Operator you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will work within a busy and energetic environment, assisting ETC's customer base with general enquiries and scheduling of appointments. ETC's goal is to provide a superior service experience and with your strong communication and administration skills, you will achieve this goal.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
  • Actively promoting ETC’s services to local industry, employers and jobseekers
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for job seekers
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and assisting other areas with administration and project work as required

Criteria for Success

  • Customer service skills and/or experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • A passion for helping others
  • A recent, clear National Police Check
  • A current QLD Blue Card
