Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a strong, values-driven company? We are a small, growing residential building company based in Stepney, and we are looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative/Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Support bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation
  • Manage and organize office communications, both internal and external
  • Help with scheduling and project tracking as needed
  • Assist with preparing reports and ensuring accurate financial records

About You:

  • Previous experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
