We are looking for a Full Time Head of Marketing to join our Sydney team. This role will own and execute the marketing vision, maximize brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
This is a full-time office-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that accelerates Finstro’s brand presence and market penetration.
- Lead a complete end-to-end brand positioning and performance marketing strategy to drive lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage all digital acquisition channels, including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, email, and programmatic to drive high-quality lead generation.
- Design, implement, and track data-driven, high-impact marketing campaigns to maximize acquisition while optimizing COA (Cost of Acquisition).
- Build high-quality sales enablement materials, including decks, case studies, and presentations to support BDMs and brokers.
- Partner with external agencies, media partners, and tech providers to execute best-in-market marketing initiatives.
- Define and track marketing KPIs, ensuring full visibility on pipeline growth, funnel conversion rates, COA, and funded volume.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven fintech, B2B, non-bank commercial lending marketing leader with at least 8+ years’ experience in a Head of Marketing, VP, or senior marketing leadership role.
- Strong expertise in digital acquisition, paid media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
- Deep understanding of B2B finance, fintech lending, commercial finance, and broker networks.
- Ability to drive high-performance marketing campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact.
- Strong experience with CRM, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing attribution tools.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
- Proven experience launching financial products and driving multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and aligning with C-level executives.
