About The Role
Our Tech Hub team is expanding and we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our vast community of solvers. The Tech Hub team brings our purpose to life by enabling our company’s businesses to achieve their technology-driven goals. The work undertaken in Tech Hub covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities.
Within an IT Team, Business Analysts act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
As a Business Analyst you will identify business needs and determines solutions to business problems, often involving system development and process improvement
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Business analysis skills and techniques.Demonstrating experience in process modeling and workflows.Requirement elicitation experience and Agile delivery framework.Facilitation workshop skills and Stakeholder communication.Providing advice, influencing others, and help by directly contributing to solutionsProviding technical expertise to offer advice, influence others, and directly contribute to solutions.Solving complex work problems by leveraging overarching guardrails, experience, and strong judgment.Delivering result being a first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility for other team members (up to 10 people).Forming annual prioritisation of work and consider directionInvolving in large projects and/or leading medium scale projects.

Mentoring junior business analysts.Being a role model standardised business analysis processes & framework.Gathering and document business requirements.Conducting analysis and research (e.g. systems, capabilities etc.).Preparing and analyzing process models and workflows.Conducting user acceptance testing.Supporting and demonstrating consistency and delivery excellence.Collaborating with project teams to implement solutions.Conducting feasibility studies and impact analysis.Aligning business needs with technical solutions.Leading and driving projects experience or to that effect as the role will require project management like delivery activities
