About the role
As the Learning Facilitator for Personal Loans & Credit Cards, you will collaborate closely with Capability Managers and business stakeholders to design, define, and create a comprehensive set of materials aimed at upskilling customer-facing employees on People First Bank's new lending products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing a comprehensive suite of learning solutions that result in the successful implementation of People First Bank’s new Personal Loans and Credit Cards products
- Maintaining a continuous improvement approach by recommending, developing and implementing improvements to processes, learning content and learning facilitation methods.
- Managing all learning process and system improvements as well as content upgrades and system releases.
- Facilitating learning according to established schedule and agreed learning objectives.
- Providing additional coaching and post course follow up to leaders and employees to support application of knowledge on the job and embed learning in instances where additional learning support is required.
- Supporting the administration and co-ordination of training and queries from internal stakeholders as required.
- Measuring the impact of facilitation and coaching activities through end of session evaluations.
- Demonstrating a people-first mindset where our employees and customers are at the heart of everything we do and be actively adaptable to how content is delivered to provide an engaging experience.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills. As a senior team member, you should also have a proven track record in coaching and training others effectively.
Additionally, we seek:
- Experience working in a project-based environment (Agile experience preferred) and meeting strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Learning & Development principles and experience in creating learning materials
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Experience or knowledge of Personal Lending & Credit Cards products would be highly beneficial.
