Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Palm Cove, QLD. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, training new employees, and assisting with financial management of the Front Office operation. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the Operations Manager in implementing business strategies.

- Experience in hospitality operations and guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate with various departments
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is beneficial
