Best Strata is looking for a proactive and highly organised Portfolio Manager – Property & Strata to join our friendly, professional team. If you have a strong background in administration, customer service, or people-focused roles such as property management, insurance, education, finance, or legal support, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
About the Role
As a Portfolio Manager , you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships and addressing inquiries
- Preparing and coordinating client correspondence, reports, and budgets
- Organising and attending meetings (some evenings, often online from home)
- Documenting meeting minutes and following up on action items
- Liaising with property owners, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
What We’re Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
