The Opportunity
Join a key leadership role as the Senior Property Portfolio Manager, where you will play a key part in the strategic management of DIT's industrial property assets. You will contribute to the creation and implementation of Strategic Asset Management Plans, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in property management strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing lifecycle plans and infrastructure replacement programs, developing proposals for disposal of surplus land and aligning with overall strategy, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience managing resources and overseeing the development, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of programs, projects, systems, and staff performance.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing priorities, coordinating activities, and applying well-developed discipline knowledge to mitigate risk and implement change.
- A proven ability to act with urgency and take responsibility for successfully implementing change and complex solutions.
- A commitment to driving integrity, accountability, and diversity in line with the SA Government's Code of Ethics and Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
Requirements
A current driver's licence is essential.
Special Conditions
- A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
- Some out of hours and weekend work may be required.
- Some intra / interstate travel may be required.
