We are seeking a motivated Site/Project Administrator to support our dynamic team. Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate flight and accommodation bookings for the site team
- Liaise with clients to confirm logistics and personnel arrangements
- Manage onboarding processes and document submissions
- Provide administrative support to Site Supervisors and Management
- Maintain document control and records management
- Assist with plant and equipment maintenance records
- Perform general administrative duties as required
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle scheduling and logistics coordination
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in travel bookings (advantageous but not essential)
Pre-Employment Requirements:
The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment medical , including drug and alcohol screening, and a Federal Police Check before starting.
