Trainer – Vocational Education & Training
Full-time | Permanent | Perth-based | Some travel required
Schrole, now part of Tes, is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering high-quality qualifications in Training & Education, Workplace Health & Safety, and Leadership & Management. We’re looking for a motivated Trainer to join our team and help professionals grow their skills and knowledge.
What you’ll be doing:

Delivering Schrole’s training courses in an engaging and effective way.

Supporting students to achieve competency standards and career success.

Keeping accurate records of student performance and assessments.

Working with clients to gather feedback and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborating with the Manager of Teaching & Learning to maintain up-to-date and relevant course materials.

Staying current with VET standards through ongoing professional development.
What we’re looking for:

A passionate trainer who loves helping others learn and grow.

Someone with strong facilitation and delivery skills.

An empathetic and engaging approach to training.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

A commitment to compliance and quality training practices.

The ability to travel by car and plane to client sites, sometimes overnight or for a couple of days at a time.

Must have valid working rights in Australia.
Qualifications & experience (must have or be working towards):
-
TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

TAE50111/TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education & Training OR TAE50211/TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design & Development.

Experience in delivering training within the VET sector.

WHS qualifications (BSB51319 Certificate IV WHS or specific WHS units) is preferred.
