This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time and Part Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s).
We currently have the following vacancies available:
A Full Time appointment until 13 Feb 2026 (JDF attached), and;
A 0.4 FTE(Full Time Equivalent) Part Time appointment until 24 April 2026;
Both commencing ASAP.

About the role
The Project Officer, under limited supervision, undertakes project tasks which contribute to the Commission’s partnerships at a National, State and Local level, enabling strategic and whole of Government priorities. The Project Officer contributes to and coordinates the development of strategic policy responses, associated projects and policies within directorates, branches and teams and provides assistance and support to the relevant area.
In undertaking the role of this position, the occupant will need to recognise that there is a commitment to focussing on the needs of the individual, their families, carers or advocates working in partnership for better alcohol and other drug outcomes and improved mental health.
