Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:
- Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation.
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
- Progress claim assistance and external variations.
- Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts.
- Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.
- Communicating regularly with project stakeholders (verbally and written) as required by the Project Manager.
To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:
- Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator.
- Proven ability to assess commercial and contractual risks, identify and implement appropriate controls and escalate where necessary.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, work collaboratively and drive customer-focused outcomes.
- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Experience using commercial software
