GEM Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Strata Manager. Our client is a growing and reputable company in the industry and his role is a long-term opportunity within a business that has recently expanded, offering strong career growth potential and a supportive team environment.

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated Strata Manager to join their Perth-based team. This role is ideal for someone with previous strata experience or a background in property management, looking to take the next step in their career. This is a predominantly office-based role, with access to a pool car for site visits as required. Work-from-home flexibility may be available after the probation period, depending on experience.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Strata Management experience (preferred) OR Minimum 3 years in a related field (e.g., residential, commercial, or facilities management)
• Strong understanding of property management principles and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

To be considered for these positions, you must be able to provide the following:

• Minimum 3 years in a related field
• Working rights in Australia
• Two professional references from past employers
• Based in Perth, WA
