Strata Manager – 12-Month Contract (Exclusive Portfolio)Are you an experienced Strata Manager with a passion for excellence in property management? Our client is seeking a professional with around 5 years of experience to manage an exclusive portfolio for a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a select portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Work closely with onsite building managers to maintain high standards of service
- Manage day-to-day strata operations, including budgets, maintenance, and reporting
- Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- At least 5 years of experience in strata management
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and regulations
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex portfolios with the assistance of onsite staff
