Sporting the dual crown of Australia’s oldest dairy and Australia’s most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity within our Finance Department as an Accounts Payable Officer.

The Role:
We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable officer to ensure our payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role will be responsible for processing invoices against Purchase Orders and for building and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process weekly payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Verifying and processing invoices against Purchase Orders
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of accounts payable
- Management of supplier records
- Distribution of remittance advice
- Provide professional and prompt customer service to our customers
- Accounts Payable related Data Entry
Requirements:
- Experience with Oracle/JDE will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Exposure to a Fast Moving Consumable Goods environment will be highly regarded
