The opportunity
This is an exciting time to join Kinetic in Perth . We are currently establishing and growing our business in the West. With brand-new buses, a new depot, and a growing charter business, we are looking for experienced bus drivers to join us starting in January 2025 on a Part-Time permanent basis, with potential for full-time employment.
We offer shifts to suit your availability, including weekday and weekend opportunities, with the option for overtime as well.
- We offer some of the most competitive pay rates in Perth:
- Rate: $30.81 per hour, with additional penalties for evening and weekend shifts, plus overtime.(Overtime is paid for any hours worked beyond 41 hours per week, in accordance with the provisions outlined in The Passenger Vehicle Transportation Award 2020.)
- Hours per week: 20 hours.

The boxes you'll tick
We are people, with a customer first attitude, and therefore are looking for people with:
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
- A current Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence or above
- A current PTD accreditation and Working with Children Check
- Be able to pass a pre‐employment physical examination and medical history check
- Australian Work Rights
