PLI (Powerlift Industries) is a Karratha, Pilbara based leading service provider in the Mining and Resource industries, an expanding business.
We require experienced Crane Operators that is local to Karratha to join our Core Crew team on a casual or permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a great team in a rapidly expanding business.
You will be based in Karratha and required to work at various sites throughout the Pilbara.
This is a residential role in Karratha. PLI will consider applicants willing to relocate to Karratha and reside in shared company housing.
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the mining and resource industry (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Liebherr All-Terrain Cranes up to and including 300T (mandatory)
- Excellent attitude to safety
- Flexible attitude to work within all our crews and to assist with other duties outside your scope
- Able to work autonomously as well in a team
- Able to follow instructions and show initiative
- Safety and process-focused, and willing to input and continually improve the process
- Willing to perform other duties within your level of skills and competence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proof of right to work in Australia (mandatory)
- Current and Valid Australian Drivers Licence (HR class)
- High Risk Work Licence (CO and RI qualifications)
- Working at Heights, EWP and LF tickets (highly desirable)
- Rio Tinto inducted (desirable)
- MSIC (highly desirable)
- White Card (mandatory)
- Supervisor qualities and capabilities
- Successful applicant is required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
