Description:
- Permanent Full Time Position covering 4 Supported Accommodation Services (South and South East metro)
- Salary: $87,489 - $91,351 + Salary Packaging (up to $18,550) and Leave Loading (Payable on Annual Leave)

What you will need to do
- Lead and manage up to 6 Team Leaders, each responsible for a house/service. Provide regular support, supervision and coaching, highlighting any areas for performance development and training, so each Team Leader is working to the best of their ability, meet KPI's to deliver services of excellent quality.
- Engage with customers and their families, so they are provided with a service tailored to their specific requirements within the funding parameters of their NDIS plan, through principles and practice of Active Support.
- Ensure services are proactive, safe and delivered using good risk management principles, especially in relation to customer health and wellbeing.
- Work with customers and all relevant stakeholders, so customers receive integrated and seamless services that place the person at the centre.
- Meet any potential new customers, review and assess information to determine their appropriateness for Supported Accommodation vacancies.
- Monitor and act on data, analysing and taking action when required including staff rosters.
- Initial management of complaints, escalating to Area Manager as required
What are we looking for
- Proven track record of high performance in a leadership position in the last 3 years
- Comfortable with all facets of leadership including performance management, coaching and disciplinary matters.
- Highly developed organisational and work management skills
- Ability clearly, consistently and collaboratively with all customers and staff
- A passion for providing person centred services that maximise choice and control
- Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office applications and Client Data Management systems and an ability to analyse data
- Experience and knowledge of the NDIS Standards in developing and delivering assisted supported to vulnerable people living in their own homes in the community or equivalent.
