Your role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Reliability Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities & site infrastructure at Padstow. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities for factory equipment, building maintenance & other site facilities.
As a key member of the Factory Leadership Team, you will be accountable for driving the site asset care program, ensure safety compliance, and motivate team to optimize plant reliability. You will oversee key aspects of the budget, asset reliability rates, site maintenance and safety standards to support the ongoing success of the Selleys business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute proactive asset care strategies with your team to ensure optimum reliability
- Ensure plant & equipment conformity with specifications, laws, regulations & safety standards
- Lead, mentor and motivate a multi-shift internal & external trades team to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Troubleshoot and provide hands-on support to the team in resolving breakdown repairs promptly, minimizing downtime
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve industry best practice in maintenance and reliability
- Manage and monitor the site maintenance budget, ensuring costs remain within financial parameters while achieving asset reliability targets
- Liaising with managers across safety, quality, manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, site administration, regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design

Skills & Experience
- Proven Maintenance Management experience and a solid understanding of engineering principles
- Proven engineering leadership experience, including expertise in change management and team development with a highly skilled trades team
- Strong experience with LEAN manufacturing projects, driving process improvements and efficiency
- Proficiency with computers and CMMS systems, ideally MEX
- Proficient in using reliability analytic tools such as RCA, RBD, FMECA, Weibull
