We are on the lookout for an incredible Senior Business Central Consultant who is ready to embark on a full-time, permanent role in an innovative consultancy environment and use their functional expertise to deliver amazing results for clients.


Your Opportunity


We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Business Central Consultant with strong functional expertise to join our Business Applications Practice.


As a Senior Consultant, BC you will provide professional consulting services to deliver solutions leveraging Business Central based on customer needs. Working collaboratively as part of the Delivery team, you will be involved in all phases of a project, undertaking tasks such as requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, training, and support.

  • Are highly experienced in BC financial and operational aspects
  • Can demonstrate a strong functional understanding of the core application modules and one or more of the following BC modules: Inventory, Financial Reporting, Warehouse Management, Project Accounting, Service Management, or Manufacturing
  • Possess an understanding of BC-specific ISV solutions
  • Are able to support data migration and importation of data from legacy systems into Business Central
  • Have good consulting skills and the ability to drive the outcomes of a project
  • Have a foundational understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics Business Central and complementary Power Platform products
  • Are experienced working in Scrum/Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Possess strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Are passionate about problem-solving and developing elegant solutions
  • Enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a project team
  • Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Are keen to continuously learn and further develop your skills and experience
  • Australian Citizen: You must ideally be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain baseline security clearance or have an existing clearance.
  • Team Player: You have your team’s back, and pitch in when it matters.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a Senior Business Central Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional consulting services to deliver solutions based on our customer needs. Working collaboratively as part of the Delivery team, you will be involved in all phases of a project, undertaking tasks such as requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, training, and support.


Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Understanding customer requirements, contributing towards solution designs, and ultimately, delivering Business Central solutions that provide meaningful value to our customers
  • Applying experience and skills towards the successful implementation of high-quality customer solutions
  • Accurately estimating effort of assigned tasks based on customer requirements
  • Identifying opportunities based on customer needs (e.g., opportunities for alternative approaches or to win more work)
  • Identifying and effectively communicating potential project risks or issues as they arise
  • Creating documentation and supporting designs
  • Undertake Peer Reviews and proactively share knowledge
