Our Team is growing! We need another rostering team member who has a passion for scheduling and exceptional customer service.

About the role

As a Rostering Officer, you will play a key part in managing and optimising our service delivery. You will be working at the heart of our operations, planning, scheduling, and coordinating shifts for our residential care worker schedules.

You will plan and allocate shifts to ensure our employee’s rostered hours reflect their contracted hours and manage leave to minimise service disruptions.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a curious and driven approach, and an analytical mindset focused on solutions and achieving results.


Skills And Experiences

The main requirement for this role is prior experience working in a Scheduling function within Aged or Community Care.

You will have:

  • Strong experience with rostering software applications
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage schedules
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to build and develop key relationships
  • High-level of interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills where you can meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
