About the role:
As a Service Coordinator at CatholicCare, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive top-quality, compassionate care. Your mission? To create seamless service schedules, support and empower our incredible team of support workers, and be the key link between staff, management, and clients.
In this role, you will:
Lead with purpose – Build, review, and maintain an efficient service schedule that meets client needs while aligning with legislation and best practices.
Empower your team – Provide hands-on support, training, and performance management for scheduling assistants and support workers, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
Be the go-to person – Act as the primary contact between support workers and the organisation, keeping leadership informed and ensuring smooth communication.
Deliver exceptional service – Create a positive experience for clients by providing timely, client-focused support and solutions.
What we are looking for:
A relevant qualification OR extensive experience in aged care or community care.
Proven ability to manage teams with confidence and care.
A current QLD driver’s license
