About the role:
The Workforce Management team delivers expert HR advice and high-level support to site leaders, assessing policy, procedures and systems to identify requirements, issues and risks to improve people outcomes and service delivery in line with workforce planning strategies.
Reporting to a Manager or Assistant Director, the Project Support Officer undertakes a broad range of duties and is responsible for managing and coordinating a range of administrative processes to support the development, implementation and evaluation of various workforce related projects in accordance with relevant policies, standards and guidelines.
The Project Support Officer will contribute to the successful design and implementation of multiple projects by exercising judgement, using initiative and applying appropriate skills and techniques in carrying out administrative and project related functions with limited direction.
The role is responsible for coordinating stakeholder engagement events and processes, supporting project activities including the development of plans and reports, providing business management functions across the team including file and data management, training and induction activities as well as the collation and analysis of data for monitoring and reporting.

Special conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

ASO4 $76,561 - $80,256 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
