The Opportunity
WSP is currently seeking a highly skilled local Business/IT Professional to lead the Finance and Procurement functions for our Australia and New Zealand Global Fusion Oracle ERP implementation. The hired candidate will lead the Finance and Procurement functions for the ANZ Regional implementation of Oracle Fusion. This implementation is a continuation of a global program.
You will represent and report to the program’s Global process leads for Finance and Procurement and work closely with the ANZ Business to deliver this new business platform to the ANZ Region. You will be responsible for all aspects of delivering a successful and on-time implementation including data conversion, third-party integrations, business transformation to a global system and processes, system development for regional-specific requirements, testing, training material, and Go-Live support. Coordinate and collaborate with the Regional Delivery Lead, other functional leads, and other program delivery team members to ensure a successful implementation.
Your Role
- Lead and be responsible for the Finance and Procurement functions for the ANZ Regional deployment of our Oracle Fusion Cloud business platform
- Help transform the business from their current ways of working to the new global business platform
- Lead a team of local Subject Matter Experts
- Coordinate and collaborate with Global Finance and Procurement team members
- Coordinate and collaborate with other delivery team members to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Provide regular updates to the Global Process Leads for Finance and Procurement
- Participate in meetings as the Finance and Procurement representative
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Management, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Finance and Procurement and 2 plus years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience in an Oracle Projects environment is a plus
- Prior leadership position in delivering a business transformational platform.
- Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
- Excellent computer and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels
