The Role
As an Administration Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless office operations and supporting key initiatives within the business. Reporting to the General Manager of Shared Services, you will manage daily administrative tasks, support leadership, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership
- Perform core administrative processes for our internal business units, such as Logistics, Recruitment and HR
- Handle office administration tasks, including ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and handling phone enquiries
- Support our marketing function by monitoring social media responses, ordering merchandise and managing conferences and events
- Assist with onboarding new employees and supporting HR functions
- Support IT asset management and liaise with vendors for office maintenance
- Organise company events, training sessions, and business functions
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a professional and confident approach, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. You will bring:
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently or within a team
- An interest in the agriculture sector (advantageous but not essential)
