About the Role

Are you ready to step into a leadership role directly impacting DoorDash’s success? As an Enterprise Partnerships Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to own and grow relationships with some of Australia’s most prominent restaurant brands, driving revenue and long-term business impact. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships, negotiating high-stakes deals, and delivering measurable business growth.

As a Strategic Engagement Manager Lead, you’ll drive revenue, expand key accounts, and optimize partner performance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that deliver business impact, working cross-functionally to exceed client expectations and unlock new revenue streams. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role for a paternity leave cover.

  • Have 5-6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-focused role, where you’re accountable for delivering measurable business impact.
  • Are a natural relationship builder with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Have a proven track record of growing accounts, driving sales, and closing deals.
  • Can translate data into actionable insights that improve partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Are highly strategic and solutions-oriented, able to turn complex challenges into tangible opportunities.
