As Administrative Officer, Scholarships , you will be at the heart of this mission, working to administer scholarships at every stage – from enquiry and application to awarding and payment. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students and help shape their futures.

With a strong focus on customer service, efficient processing, and accurate data management, this role contributes to an accessible and student-centred approach.

In this role you will:

  • Administer scholarships efficiently, ensuring timely processing and accurate data management.
  • Provide professional and responsive support to students and stakeholders throughout the scholarship process.
  • Coordinate tasks within relevant systems to uphold process integrity and accessibility.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $80,972 to $93,929 plus 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  2. Demonstrated ability to administer a high volume of tasks with competing priorities in an organised manner and meet strict deadlines consistently.
  3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating autonomy, characterised by clear communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.
  4. Displayed precision in data entry and retrieval, coupled with proficient computer aptitude, adeptly utilising a diverse range of software applications.
