We operate a 5-day week, Monday to Friday.

About the role:

This role oversees the full workshop operation that includes internal and retail departments. Your role will be to lead a Workshop team that consists of apprentices, technicians, vehicle cleaners, and detailers, as well as team leaders. You will coach, motivate, and guide the team to ensure dealership and manufacturer targets are met, whilst ensuring we deliver a premium level of service, every time.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Workshop Manager

• Honda brand knowledge will be highly regarded

• Committed and ready to lead an award-winning team

• A demonstrated and proven track record in Workshop Management (Workshop leadership position)

• Strong people skills with the ability to nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Sound technical knowledge. Honda experience will be highly regarded

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to lead your team from the front

• A passionate and highly motivated individual

• A driven and committed team player with strong business acumen

• Ability to accurately document, report, and present results and statistical data
