We are seeking a Centre Administrator to join our Townsville Shopping Centre. This role will be responsible in assisting with the general administration functions of the centre including reception & customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask along with a strong customer service approach.

About the role
- Provide general administrative support for the Centre and the broader team
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents as required
- Resolve customer and tenant enquiries and complaints via phone, email and in-person
- Maintain productive, positive relationships with retailers, customers, contractors, local community, and authorities
- Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, debtor management and creditor control duties for tenants and suppliers
- Maintenance of centre registers, data entry as required and stationery provisions
- Assist with lease administration support and marketing campaigns where required
About you
- Prior experience in shopping centre, property administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong verbal, written communication and customer service skills
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- High level of organisation, communication, and time management skills
- Intermediate level in Excel, Microsoft Word, Office computer literacy
- Ability to understanding contractors / leases
- Be honest, reliable, and hardworking
- MRI programme proficient or experience with similar
- Multitask and work closely with operations/facilities and contractors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle difficult situations and always maintain professionalism
- Problem-solving skills
Based at our Townsville Shopping Centre, this is a full-time role with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
