Your Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist in a community setting, you will work with a diverse caseload, supporting participants through government-funded programs, including NDIS, Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.

You will be backed by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team , guided by evidence-based treatment pathways, and given the autonomy to manage your caseload effectively.


You will be responsible for:

  • The delivery of impactful clinical and therapeutic interventions in Disability and Community settings
  • Lead and mentor junior therapists , fostering professional growth and high-quality care
  • Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA’s) and develop therapy plans to support participant goals
  • Collaborate with participants, families, and support teams to drive positive outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and strategic service development
  • Work independently while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team

  • Australian working rights
