Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and as we continue to grow, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Property Lawyer who has 5+ years PAE and experience in managing teams to lead our Property and Conveyancing department.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor conveyancers’ file loads, managing workflow and redistributing tasks as needed.
• Manage and nurture key stakeholder relationships, serving as the escalation point for any issues or concerns.
• Resolve complex conveyancing issues by providing expert advice and practical solutions.
• Ensure the team’s work complies fully with relevant legislation, practices, and procedures.
• Review documents prepared by conveyancers or other staff, offering analysis and constructive feedback.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the team budget and contribute to the firm’s overall profitability.
• Conduct internal training sessions to keep the team upskilled and knowledgeable.
Skills and Experience
• Prior experience in property law at least 5+ PAE.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in these areas highly valued.
• Strong ability to engage, build, and maintain relationships with referral partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately review and interpret legal documents.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to efficiently manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and find practical solutions.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and other relevant tools.
