We currently have an opening in our Property Management Concierge team located in Neutral Bay. In this pivotal role you’ll support our investment management team by delivering exceptional administrative and customer service support. As the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and tradespeople, you’ll ensure all inquiries and needs are handled promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will also include general office duties, making this role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills or previous real estate experience.
About you:
- Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence
- Previous experience in real estate and customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using office software and management tools
- A genuine interest in Real Estate that you’ll demonstrate to our clients
