About the opportunity
IFYS has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the Property & Tenancy team based at our Maroochydore Head Office.
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to the Manager Property and Tenancy and the broader team.

Key responsibilities:
- Prompt and accurate processing of property maintenance requests
- Liaise with stakeholders including contractors, IFYS leaders and the Property & Tenancy team
- Complete administrative duties under limited direction including: processing invoices, filing and creating new tenant packs
- Ensure the Property Management system is optimised and records are kept up to date and accurate
- Produce reports and complete ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills and requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Good general IT skills, and a high level of computer literacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful:
- Valid Queensland open driver’s license with no restrictions, and own reliable transport
- QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- Licensed Care Service Suitability Check (LCS2)
- National Criminal History Check (a new check will be conducted through IFYS systems)
Other requirements:
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to participate in Psychometric and Cognitive assessments.
If progressed after interview stage, you will be requested to provide the details of your two most recent and relevant line managers to provide reference checks (this must include your current employer).
