What we are looking for:
We are seeking staff with a passion for inclusion and education. We run an OSHC at Eastern Ranges School and Croydon SDS for students with a range of abilities. We are looking for educators to assist our Educational Leader and team to take our program to the next level!
Do you:
• Hold a Diploma in Children Services or similar
• Studying a bachelor’s in education or similar
• Have a passion for inclusion
• Have an interest in education
• Have experience with planning activities
• Love working within a team
• Strive for quality and excellence
• Have the ability to work self-sufficiently and independently when required.
• Experience is behaviour support
The role would include:
• Assisting with the development and reflection of a high-quality program based on service values and philosophy in collaboration with the OSHC educators and Educational
leader.
• Inspiring and mentoring educators regarding the implementation of the service program to ensure compliance of the NQF, NQS, and my time our place.
• Following an events calendar to ensure all children can participate in the program and special events.
• Adhering to all compliance and WHS standards.
• Contributing to an ongoing Quality Improvement Plan
This role is perfect for someone studying/needs afternoon hours and some mornings. You would be working closely with our Educational Leader to see through the success of the program.

- A Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
In addition to the safety screening, the successful applicant will be required to provide proof of currency for: first aid certification – Provide First Aid HLTAID012 or HLTAID004
