As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Service Delivery and Scheduling Manager to join our leadership team and be a key member of a Tasmanian business delivering exceptional care to our clients. This is a full time position based in our Launceston office.

Role Overview:

The Service Delivery and Scheduling Manager is responsible for the delivery of services across all of our programs including Aged Care, CHSP and NDIS ensuring operational excellence, compliance with Aged Care and NDIS standards, and a seamless experience for our clients. Your leadership will support continuous improvement, build stakeholder relationships, and drive team performance to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your ability to proactively manage workforce allocation, anticipate service needs, and implement strategic rostering solutions will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities (Selection Criteria):

Service Delivery Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of aged care and disability support services ensuring compliance with SCHADS and industry regulations.

Team Leadership: Manage and support the Service Delivery & Scheduling Teams, ensuring continuous improvement, engagement and staff wellbeing.

Quality and Compliance : Ensure all services comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards & relevant legislative requirements, and funding models. Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.

Continuous Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to improve client and staff satisfaction. Participate in strategic planning for future service development.

External Stakeholder engagement/management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, their families and other external networks.

Internal Stakeholder engagement/management: Work in close partnership with key leaders to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.

Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks including incident reporting and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, resources and staffing to ensure on budget and efficient operation of the Service Delivery & Scheduling Teams.

A focus on growth Identifying new opportunities and supporting continual growth across Tasmania.

About You:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly organised Service Delivery and Scheduling Manager who has a passion for supporting Tasmanians living in their own homes and communities, and leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care. You will bring:

Qualifications: Qualifications in management or leadership are desirable.

Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in Service Delivery and Senior Scheduling role or similar.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with experience in managing staff performance and fostering a positive work environment.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS standards, relevant legislation, and funding models (e.g., ACFI or similar).

Client-Centered Focus: A deep commitment to person-centred care and the ability to engage with clients and families to ensure their needs are met.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and take action in a fast-paced environment. Can work in a fast pace environment and is resilient and emotionally mature.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Attractive salary & salary packaging – This is a SCHADS SACS Level 7 position. With additional salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 plus a meal & accommodation package of up to $2649
