We are a well-respected chartered accounting firm based in Richmond, seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of experience who is confident, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll play a vital role in supporting one of our Partners and assigned team while ensuring seamless administration and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and reviewing client letters and correspondenceOnboarding and setting up new clientsLiaising with clients, handling queries, and ensuring a high level of serviceMaintaining client company registers and internal documents, including ASIC requirementsManaging company changes and lodging necessary documentation with ASICReviewing ASIC annual reviews and ensuring complianceRegistering companies and trusts with NTAAManaging billing and invoicing processesPreparing and sending DocuSign packsLodging Income Tax ReturnsFollowing up on client queries and proactively providing supportPreparing reports and maintaining accurate recordsAnswering telephone calls and handling general administrative tasksAssisting and supporting partners and team members as requiredMentoring and guiding our Junior Client Services Coordinator

To be successful in this role, Candidates should possess the following attributes:

Previous experience in administration or a similar role within a professional services environmentConfidence and initiative to take ownership of tasks and support the team effectivelyStrong organisational skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients A proactive and positive approach to workStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Desirable Experience in:

BGL CAS 360, ASIC Portal, ASIC Connect, ATO Portal, Xero Practice Manager, Virtual Cabinet, NTAA, and/or Constitute
