A bit about the role

Are you driven by a passion for social impact and community engagement? Youth Projects is on the lookout for a dedicated Team Leader of Community Partnerships to be the face of our organisation in the community. In this influential role, you’ll spearhead our engagement strategy, actively bringing new clients into our services while leading a team of Community Partnership Coordinators.

As the Team Leader, you will cultivate strong, meaningful partnerships with local groups, schools, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Your efforts will position Youth Projects as a trusted ally in supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable youth, enhancing our brand, and creating vital pathways for assistance across all facets of our organization.

You will ensure your team delivers outstanding performance aligned with our strategic goals, driving achievement of KPIs related to partnerships. Additionally, you’ll manage MOUs to establish and sustain impactful collaborations.

Please note this is a Parental Leave 12 Month Contract

We are an independent, registered charity providing front line support to young people and people experiencing homelessness to open pathways out of poverty and homelessness – breaking the cycle of disadvantage. Our focus is on respect, client-centred care, and harm prevention so people can lead longer lives, have improved health, meaningful employment, and a greater sense of belonging, safety, and security through our holistic model of care.
