A bit about the role

As an Employment Service Administrator, you will be an essential member of our team, ensuring the successful management of the Transition to Work (TtW) program’s wage subsidy processes. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing wage subsidy approvals and the reimbursement process, guaranteeing that all steps are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. You will also support Recruitment Partners by managing various back-end administrative tasks, which may involve assisting with candidate pre-screening, job postings, and maintaining accurate records.

In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering positive relationships with employers, contributing to a supportive environment that promotes successful employment outcomes.

Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help streamline recruitment activities, enabling our team to focus on delivering impactful support to those transitioning into the workforce. By ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly, you will help enhance the overall effectiveness of the TtW program and drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely approvals and the reimbursement process for wage subsidies.
  • Assist Recruitment Partners with candidate pre-screening and job postings.
  • Perform back-end administrative tasks to streamline recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless program operations.
