We are passionate about great wine, and are focused with providing our Wine Club members a totally unique and generous experience. We believe that great wine should be enjoyed by all types of wine & food lovers and socialisers, and it is our aim to deliver an enriching wine experience which delivers great value and great quality to everyone in our Wine Club.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is open to applicants seeking full-time work.

Your days will be centered around speaking to our loyal wine club members, and helping them decide what their next wine purchase will be.

A normal working week will see you:

  • Contacting our members over the phone to present and consult on our latest Wine Club offers and promotions
  • Building ongoing relationships with our members, so they would look forward to speaking to you over-and-over again
  • Building and maintaining a deep knowledge of our wine range and offers
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver great services to our members
  • Contributing to a fun and committed team

ABOUT YOU

  • 2-5 Years sales experience, preferably (not essential) within the wine industry
  • A demonstratable track record of consistently meeting (or exceeding) sales and customer service goals ( KPI'S)
  • Proven skills in assessing and identifying customer needs, and aligning these to current offers and products
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills. You are memorable, and unashamedly customer-focused
  • You like to take ownership of the work you do. You are self-motivated, and goal orientated
  • A strong team player. You contribute to the success, experiences, and growth of the team
  • Strong technology acumen. Technology is something you embrace, even when it does not work the way you want it too
  • Cellar Door experience highly regarded
