As our Marketing Assistant , you’ll provide essential administrative support, ensuring marketing activities and events are well-coordinated and executed smoothly. Your efforts will keep the team focused and thriving, knowing the day-to-day essentials are in capable hands.

What You’ll Be Doing
Event Coordination
- Manage event logistics, including bookings, invitations, RSVPs, and material shipments.
- Liaise with event organisers, external partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide on-site support and ensure all materials are displayed and available.
- Track and report event performance, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce.
General Marketing Administration
- Maintain and update company and contact records.
- Order and manage inventory of giveaways, uniforms, and business cards.
- Provide administrative support, including direct mail campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, event organisers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Supporting Communications & Socials
- Assist in creating and scheduling newsletters, social media posts, and customer communications.
- Support content gathering from internal teams, ensuring brand consistency.
- Engage with online audiences and support corporate messaging efforts.

About You
- Experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Basic understanding of social media management and content creation.
- Experience coordinating trade shows, webinars, or conferences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Project management skills.
