Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, develop, and implement advertising policies and campaigns to align with sales objectives.
- Advise executives and stakeholders on advertising strategies to effectively reach target markets and enhance brand awareness.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and placement across digital and traditional media.
2. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify potential demand for new and existing products.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and business strategy.
- Apply statistical modeling methods to assess the impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
3. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, and other online strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging marketing content across social media platforms and websites.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
4. Sales & Product Promotion
- Support business growth through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Advise on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
- Recommend updates to digital content and marketing materials to improve search engine metrics and customer engagement.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key marketing metrics and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide performance insights to management and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to ensure Just Kits Hardware remains competitive and innovative.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction, building materials, or modular home industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and social media strategies.
- Experience with data analysis, market research, and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Worked or lived in overseas in the past, ability to work with supplier and designer overseas and partners from diverse cultural background.
- Bilingual is preferred. Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A creative mindset with problem-solving abilities and an eye for design
- Ability to analyse key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
