Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with enquiries
- Cash handling
- Ensure the accurate and timely handling of enquiries in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Directing enquiries to appropriate team members
- Fulfill customer orders.
- No prior experience needed!
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 9AM to 4:30PM
- Ability to converse cheerfully with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of MS tech stack.
