The Role
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in our Fire Services division located at our Scoresby office to assist in the effective management of resources as well as the operational deployment of field staff.
Primary duties may include monitoring and managing work requests generated on our systems, open call management, checking and managing technicians’ timesheets and service reports, and liaising and managing subcontractor’s attendance and service reports.
This role is vital in the dispatch and coordination of technicians and subcontractors in Victoria, ensuring all have productive work as well as liaising with customers and technicians/subcontractors regarding work in progress.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Providing first class standard of customer service to all clients and stakeholders
- Coordinating our team of technicians
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain updates on jobs and purchase orders
- Communicate with customer to provide regular updates and responding immediately to any deviations.
- Completing timesheets daily for service technicians
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manage enquiries via phone and email
- Generating tasks on our job management system
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working within an administration and/or operational organisation and be looking for career longevity and possess the following skills:
- Experience with Uptick or other industry standard essential safety measures ERP’s highly regarded
- Ideally Fire and/or Service Coordination experience
- Good organization skills
- Excellent customer service skill
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Be willing to undergo a national police background check prior to employment
