Job Responsibilities
Solution Analysis and Design:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyse business requirements, maintaining a rigorous focus on project scope.
- Assess and refine existing workflows, data structures, and processes to align with client requirements, industry standards, and scalability goals.
- Design and document practical, commercially viable solutions for case management in Salesforce, working within platform constraints.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
Solution Documentation and Training:
- Create comprehensive design documents, user stories, and other project artifacts to clearly communicate and support proposed solutions.
- Lead training sessions and develop materials (e.g., user guides, training manuals) to facilitate effective system adoption and ongoing user support.
- Salesforce Configuration and Customisation (Will make you stand out):
- Configure and customise Salesforce to precisely reflect business needs, using tools like Flow, Lightning App Builder, and declarative components.
- Implement custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules that optimise functionality and user experience while adhering to best practices.
Client-Centred Analyst: Your background in business analysis equips you to navigate client-driven requirements as the guiding force of solution design. You manage a BA-toolbox to ensure that software solutions are designed and build according to industry standards.
Critical Thinker: With a commitment to problem-solving, you are motivated by complex business challenges and bring creative and practical ideas leveraging the platforms we build our solutions on.

Qualifications and ExperienceRequired qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in any field of study
At least 3 years of professional experience working in information systems
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform/CRM features, industry-standard design practices, and solution documentation
Desirable qualifications and experience:
Salesforce Administrator certification or hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
Background in integration design to support seamless data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
