Leading Australian owned construction materials supplier to the building and construction industry are seeking a talented Customer Service Officer to be part of their busy Concrete Dispatch call centre.
You must have experience in processing orders and scheduling deliveries. You will need a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a call centre environment, competent IT skills combined with the ability to adapt to a variety of software systems. Training will be provided.

Excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, genuine passion for customer service and an eye for detail is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer service operation; answering calls and dealing with queries
- Processing orders
- Scheduling of deliveries and when required, allocation of same
- Liaising with sales representatives and the credit department
- Data entry and computer maintenance; with a high level of speed and accuracy
Experience within transport or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
You will be required to work a rotation roster within the span of hours; 6.00 am to 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday work is mandatory, hours; 6am to 1pm.
