About the role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join this dynamic team in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience. Duties
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries.
- Provide support for administrative tasks, such as generating reports and updating customer details.
- Assist with customer feedback collection and contribute to improving service processes.
- Previous experience in customer service / administrative position
- Proven experience in a retail environment preferred or FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- An eagerness to learn about products
- Must have experience in CRM systems, SAP (ideally) and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Enjoy working within a busy, dynamic and rewarding environment
