About the role:
We are thrilled to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Graduate Program Planner to join our team. Our structured two-year program features multiple rotations, providing a nurturing environment for growth and development. You’ll have the chance to contribute to various exciting projects and day to day operations, working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.
In this role you'll assist with the delivery of approved works plans and learn how to balance work demand resources utilizing strong project management skills. You will play a vital part in the team using your ability to interpret data, make observations and recommendations to assist in key decision making in an operational environment. This unique role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking variety to kick start their career!
What We Look for in Our Graduates:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Project Management or Business Management
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for learning and growing within the industry
- Impressive ability to interpret data and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
