About the role:
We are thrilled to offer multiple dynamic opportunities for Graduate Engineers to join our team across Melbourne and Sydney. Our structured two-year program features a nurturing environment for growth and development. You will have the chance to contribute to exciting projects, working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.
Roles for our 2026 intake include:
Design: Play a vital part of our Design team assisting to design and develop technical solutions for projects across the country. Undertake valued technical engineering and seek out opportunities for engineering innovation while working in an ambitious team.
Projects: Gain end-to-end project management skills as you learn how to create designs, scope and manage projects. This hands on role, will see you work out in the field across the country while being exposed to plant, commissioning and civil works.
What We Look for in Our Graduates:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Electrical, Civil or Mechanical)
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for learning and growing within the industry
- Ability to work in remote areas on projects sites with various rosters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
